Dick's Brewing Co was launched in 1994 to create a brewery that would complement Dick's first love with his second, meat and beer! The brew team at Dick's Brewing continues Dick's legacy while also being creative with new recipes. We brew over 30 different offerings a year, including Dick's original recipes, seasonal beers and pilot batches always filling up tap handles and thirsty patrons at the tasting room and NW Sausage & Deli.
